Mind-Blowing!
Well, there´s some pretty amazing stuff coming soon over NJ. It is related to music and we all need to give a big thanks to Ashley from http://www.staggasaurarts.com/ for helping me out a lot. Although most of you don´t know exactly what we are talking about, I can guarantee it will be known as some sort of Watershed over Noise Junkies (if it works). We wil go over a BETA stage for the first month, but after that it will be just fun stuff.
VLOG 3 Online
The VLOG is now online. In this episode, I will talk about the movie “Awakenings”, the album “Wish You Were Here” and David Wood´s website.
Back on speed of Light
Sorry for the days off, you guys. I was celebrating Carnival Break so I travelled for a couple of days. However, before I did I was already planning some very cool stuff that is happening very soon. For now, i wanna be very mysterious and just show you this song I made: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/1532256/Watching%20Raindrops.mp3
VLOG #2 Online
Well, here is it. Please comment on what you thought of the format, share your opinions and suggestions here! And remember, I don´t know the next one, so give me ideas!
VLOG #2 Coming
Hey everyone. As I said earlier, I will be releasing a VLOG episode every two weeks from now one. The VLOGs will have the same format: I will review three things related to arts (music, video, websites). For this first episode, I will review two websites and a music album, but I have no idea for the next one, so guess what? Leave a comment below with suggestions, maybe your favorite band, favorite album, your website, favorite movie? I don´t know, If I research and form a decent opinion on it, I will definably be reviewing it.
Noise Junkies 4.0!
Hey everyone. I am here glad to announce that NJ is now re-designed and on fire! This week, we will have a new tutorial, a VLOG post and as I said earlier, everybody who comments and leaves their email in this post, will get a PSD Template designed by me. Now, let me guide you through the new features of this template:
01. Easier to navigate tutorial page: Now the images are bigger and there is a more complex description of the tutorial.
02. Awesome Footer: In the footer, there is a contact form to reach me easier and also all the pages, recent posts and a search engine.
03. Full blog: Now, you can see and browse all the posts in the blog. In the previous template, you could only see the most recent in each category.
04. Neat homepage: Nice big heading…and very soon I will update to a 3D Flash slider (at this point, its slowing the site too much).
05. Upcoming Portolfio: The audio and video players in the site are much cooler and dynamic. It will be amazing for my upcoming portfolio ad for the music in here.
The cool tutorials and music will keep coming, but hopefully having a more advanced context. As I said, I´m taking NJ to a different step this year and the design is only the beggining! Hope to see you all around and the Analytics daily visists rising up!
This Weekend…
This weekend on Noise Junkies…A new site design with awesome new features, a brand new Cinema 4D tutorial and a free PSD template giveaway. But it will be only for the ones that comment on the first post of the new design (so make sure when you comment, you enter the correct email). Well, hope this is good news to everyone.
Works and plans
01. So this is a little wallpaper I made for my iMac. I rendered some icy mountains in Cinema 4D, got a picture of a sky in flickr and the rest was rendered in Photoshop. Tell me what you guys think cause it can become a tut.
02. As promised, the website layout will change soon, i´m very excited about that :D
03. VLOG Episode 2 is coming soon for all those curious fans!
NEW ALBUM: Creating Chaos
Long time, eh? Yeah, but here is the 13th GarageBand album. This one is very chaotic and actually is a compilation of songs I made in the past two months. I liked the oucome very much and hope it becomes a ¨hit album” and you all “use and abuse” from it! Enjoy!
NEW TUT: Hair and Rendering
WOW! Three tutorials in less than two weeks…looks like the old days are back. In this new tutorial (www.noisejunkies.net/tutorials) we will take a look at making some Hair in Cinema 4D as well as looking over the new Render Engine.
