NEW TUTORIAL…Finally
I know its been ages, but here we have a brand new Cinema 4D tutorial 0n how to create some realistic water ssurfaces. Hope you all enjoy it, you can visit the TUTORIALS page or simply here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBtJZM1eikw
Counting Down…and news
As it can be noticed in the mainpage, the Database will be released in May 7th and it will be good! On other news, the “Realistic Water in C4D” tutorial will be coming tomorrow, so stay tuned for that!
CS5 in 5 days…
Yes, we are only five days away from the release of all Adobe products under the Creative Suite 5. But, what to expect? I have been reading many things about After Effects and Photoshop and their Cs5 versions. I have to tell the truth…I am not giving a damn to AE right now, I don´t have a 64 bit computer and that is pretty much about the only BIG NEW thing in the program. Photoshop, in the other side, looks very different and the new tools in the program will definably get us some bonus tutorials for a long time. One tool in particular seems to be extremely revolutionary: The Puppet Warp Tool (http://cs5.org/). Another intereting function is the ability to draw with paint that actually overlap colors and lets the user control settings as the brightness and specularity of the paint (http://cs5.org/?p=530).
OMG!
WOW! I have been away for so long, I´m really sorry you guys, it was Spring Break, easter time and I went back home for one week. There are many projects I am working on for the site and I am trying to finish all of them. I will have to renew the contract with BlueHost, finish up the great Noise Junkies Music Database with Ashley and post VLOG 6, which I shot 3 weeks ago :P. Additionally, I will reveal a well kept secret: For the release of the database, I will release a complete FREE training series with 5 chapters on how to master Pro Tools, Garage Band and general tips on audio production. I haven´t started recorded the tuts, but they were all planned out from a while ago. Well, hope that answers some recent questions for y´all, happy easter everyone!
Dream Theater Mashup
Well, I owe you guys VLOG 6, but meanwhile, here are some moments of the show yesterday: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNY_D7a5Zak
Dream Theater Tomorrow
Title says everything. I´m very excited. I will shoot a VLOG too.
International Fair/NJMD
Tomorrow I will be attending the Annual International Fair in my school and I will be shooting a VLOG (like the first one, in the marathon), so you guys can expect some pretty big epic moments from it, like the epic “Shut Up” in VLOG 1. On Wednesday, Dream Theater will be here in Venezuela and I am going to the concert (duhhh…), I might take the camera and shoot some stuff there too! Now, let´s talk a bit about the NJMD (Noise Junkies Music Database): You might already have enough info, but just want to say that Ashley and I are working hard to finish it in possibly less than a month. There are a lot of cool features we are adding like song previews, rating systems and customizable dashboards, it should be lots of fun when its online. Until then, we can tell each other riddles, like this one: “When you stop and look, you can always see me. If you try to touch, you cannot feel me. I cannot move, but as you near me, I will move away from you. What am I?
VLOG 5 Online!

New tut coming up…
Another C4D one…This one will be about how to create this cool water scene. The focus will be the actual water material. I am still convincing Nahuel of joining me for a double series to cover it for Max, so people, please annoy him until he agrees. Also, if anyone wants to join for a Blender part…Let me know. This will be the outcome: http://www.noisejunkies.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/Waterballs0036.jpg
Symphony Of The Cosmos
So, we have already discussed some mysteries of the Music Database that is coming soon…But if you thought that was all, you were…partially incorrect. For the release of the Database, I will release three free tracks to show the new quality of music I am making with the Audio Interface and my piano (its completely different from any Garage Band thing I ever made). In addition, I will release “Symphony Of The Cosmos”, a paid album for $6,99 (tracks can be purchased separately). Recording the album was an awesome experience and I learned a lot about professional audio engineering with Pro Tools and the Kurzweil synthezier. The album ticks around 55 minutes of music and it contains some really psychedelic, sci-fi and epic tunes to it. For all Noise Junkies fans, be nice and check it out when it arrives ;)
