Very Cool News
There are three VERY exciting things that are going on right now on NJ:
01. Short Movie in Cinema 4D. It will be my first short movie (about 2 minutes) for the site and just like AK does all the time, it is made to demonstrate something cool. In my case, it will demonstrate the materials for Sketch and Toon in Cinema 4D and how it can be pretty darn cool!
02. New Possible Partner….Well, I have a friend over who is a movie freak! I mean…he watches everything and he reviews them on Facebook posts like…every week. So I thought it would be a great idea to have him make some movie reviews for us every week or every couple weeks…That way you guys that miss the VLOG reviews would get what you want, I would be able to focus on tutorials and NJMD, and we will have one new member in our community! :D
03. I just got a new MacBook and Adobe CS5. Enough said.
NEW SERIES: Audio Production
In this new 3 chapter training series, you will learn how I built my little home studio and hopefully you will be able to make yours too. In this tutorials, we will go over how to chose the proper piano, how to buy and connect the cables properly, how to turn the system on properly and finally…how to use Pro Tools.

Nice Use of NJMD!
Look at this guy called Travis Zabel, hes starting an YouTube channel with some funny VLOGS and NJMD music! Its a great example of how music can enhance…humor.

NEW TUTORIAL: Messin´With Skies

New Album: Unplugged
Its been a long time since I don´t make a Garage Band album…but well, here´s one more, its called Unplugged and it has five experimental tracks. It was fun seeing the interface of Garage Band again. You can check the album out in NJMD, and its free. We would like to say that users can ask for feature requests, we´ve had one recently and now you can embed the code of albums everywhere, like this:
What now?
The database, the main project for this semester, has reached completion and this week is almost entirely dedicating in fixing errors, but if thought the cool things end here, you are wrong! Now that the database is done, many new projects are coming: This week I will finally record some Cinema 4D tutorials and before June strikes, Ashley and I will also release a combined series of Potoshop and Notepad on website design (didn´t expect that, did you?).

Welcome to NJMD
Well, its alive! The Noise Junkies Music Database, brought to you by me and especially Ashley, is finally here. We hope that a lot of you can register and start uploading and downloading the tracks. Additionally, we expect some of you to be premium users and show everybody else how its done! I would like to dedicate this blogpost to everyone that helped the NJMD process, in many ways:
Ashley Staggs – Without him, there would be no database. He coded everything with his absolutely astonishing skills!
Nahuel – Nahuel has helped us testing and he found some interesting bugs we are fixing. He also helped to upload some tracks while my computer was going crazy.
Daniel Guerra – My brother also helped uploading some tracks while my computer went crazy. (Yes community, i have a brother…surprise!)
Andrew Ho – For letting his album “The Silent Riot” be part of the database as well as agreeing to test some of the early issues we had in the site. Thanks man!
Stephen – I don´t know this guy personally, but he is Ashley´s friend and he helped us quite a lot with a new album and with some testing too!
Nidhi Baweja - For broadcasting the information to the Asian community and getting so many fans in the Facebook page. Thanks Nidhi!

Database will be release on May 9th…its just a little different than what the countdown says. We decided to make a little later, at this point the Database is 93% complete, so there is very little left. However, we just want to give a heads up that in the beggining, we will really need a lot of users to tell us the bugs so we can fix, and of course, the content! So, we have some interesting deals you might want to check out:

Upcoming C4D Combo!
Well, two new tutorials are in current production: One kinda invlves the latest “Water Surface” tutorial, but this time we will take a look at what goes on UNDERWATER! The other tutorial will be some sort of expansion on a topic you may be familiarized already: Realistic Glass in Cinema 4D.
